Bionic Roach
The Bionic Roach project is an attempt to create a fully remote controllable roach-computer hybrid, inspired by similar efforts by Bozkurt at NCSU and Maharbiz at UCB as well as DARPA’s interest in insect-machine brain interfaces, for the purpose of developing a minimum viable product for applications in surveillance, defense, delivery, and search-and-rescue.
